Day 6

Weight: 210

I was really bad today about eating. It was a lazy Sunday and I worked, and well... I just ate badly. Oh well, I will work harder tomorrow to not eat badly.

I am very happy lately, so I think this stuff is working. Woo hoo!

Day 5

Weight: 211

I'm guessing it is that way because I ate bread. But collectively I have lost 4 lbs. So woot! Go me! Will update later. Just wanted to record the weight before I got ready for work.

Day 4

Weight: 212
I hope that today is better than yesterday. Although, even with the slip ups, I still lost three pounds! Woot, I will update on the food later. I just wanted to get the weight down before going to work.

I ate chicken for lunch, and some lettuce with tomatoes. Then for dinner... eeep! I had a chicken sandwich at work. Which was bad! It was delicious, but bad. It had bread and mayonnaise on it!

I ate a giant apple, but aside from that splurge the day went well. I hope that it doesn't make me gain pounds!

Day 3

Weight: 215

Breakfast: Apple, Melba Toast

Lunch: Romain lettuce seasoned with tomatoes, black pepper, and lemon juice. (Yuck!)  I had a chicken breast that was juicy and delicious. Plain chicken is pretty good if you put pepper and a little lemon on it. Tomorrow, or for dinner, I am going to omit the salad. It was awful.

Dinner: My mother and I made a stew with vegetables and chicken. It was pretty good.

I did end up straying a little my son gave me a chocolate cookie, and I ate it. :(

I added a weight and measurement list on the side of the blog, which I will update later when my mom and I get together to measure.
